Crowds

I really don't like crowds. I am working hard on being more of a people person, and I think I have made some improvement when one on one. Or even when in small groups I am doing better. But in a crowd with a bunch of people I get really anxious.

That anxiousness becomes frustration which expresses itself as anger. Pointless, anti-productive, unaimed, anger that pushes other people away from me.

Not sure how to turn that off. It was the real source of my problems at Fry's the other day. It is my only problem at DragonCon where I want to talk to people who are talking to me, but my mind is realling and I am unable to form a complete sentence.
